The Credit Sweepers LLC provides educational credit consulting, report review, strategy, document preparation guidance, mailing assistance, business-structure guidance, and funding-readiness consulting. We are not a law firm, lender, credit bureau, debt collector, or government agency, and we do not provide legal advice.

Our service is a personalized consulting relationship. We help you understand information, identify potential issues, organize supporting documents, prepare materials for your review, and assist with the mailing process.

You remain responsible for reviewing every document for accuracy, deciding whether it should be sent, signing or authorizing it where required, and mailing or expressly authorizing mailing. We will not submit a statement that you have not reviewed and approved. You authorize us to use the information and files you provide only to deliver the requested consulting and document assistance.

You agree to provide complete, current, and truthful information. You may dispute only information you have a good-faith basis to believe is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unauthorized, or otherwise legally disputable. You may not ask us to create false claims, identity-theft reports, or supporting records.

Results depend on your individual file and decisions made by third parties. We do not guarantee a deletion, score increase, response date, funding approval, credit limit, interest rate, tradeline reporting result, or other financial outcome. General timelines are estimates, not promises.

Any tradeline discussion is educational consulting based on the information you provide. We do not sell or place tradelines. Recommendations do not guarantee reporting, score changes, financing, or suitability, and you are responsible for evaluating and acting on any option.

Pricing and the selected payment method are shown before your file is submitted. Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A 100% refund is available only if we fail to assist you with preparing documents for mailing; all other events are non-refundable, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

You may use the website and materials only for lawful personal purposes. The site design, original written materials, brand names, and logos belong to The Credit Sweepers LLC and may not be copied, resold, or presented as your own without written permission.

We may change, pause, or discontinue website features and may decline or end an engagement involving unlawful, abusive, misleading, or incomplete activity. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Credit Sweepers LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third-party decisions, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We may update these terms and will post the effective date on this page. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by applicable Michigan and United States law.
