Privacy Policy

We handle highly sensitive information. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who may receive it, and the choices available to you.

Effective September 23, 2026

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and account details.
  • Package choice, payment preference, coupon and referral information. Payment processors may collect card or bank information directly; we do not ask you to place full card details in the intake form.
  • Photo identification, proof of address, Social Security card images, credit reports, account details, selected dispute items, explanations, and supporting documents.
  • Qualification answers, identity-theft or fraud information, communications, requests, approvals, and documents you authorize us to help prepare for mailing.
  • Basic website activity, device, browser, referral, and interaction information used for security, performance, and affiliate attribution.

How we use information

We use information to provide personalized consulting; review credit-report information; identify potential reporting issues; prepare recommendations and documents; help you organize and mail client-approved materials; communicate with you; manage payments, coupons, referrals, and client records; maintain security; prevent fraud; comply with law; and improve our services.

Your permission for document assistance

By submitting information, you authorize The Credit Sweepers LLC and team members or service providers working on our behalf to access and use it for your requested consulting and document assistance. This includes helping prepare documents for your review and assisting with mailing after you approve them. You control whether a document is sent and may withdraw future permission by contacting us, although this will not undo processing already completed.

How information may be shared

We do not sell your Social Security card, identification documents, credit reports, or personal information. We may share the minimum information needed with vendors that provide secure hosting, file storage, communications, analytics, payment processing, document support, or other operational services under contractual or legal safeguards.

Information may also be disclosed to a credit bureau, furnisher, creditor, debt collector, postal or delivery service, regulator, court, law-enforcement body, professional adviser, successor business, or other recipient when you direct or authorize it, when needed to provide the requested service, or when required to protect rights, safety, security, or comply with law.

AI-assisted report review

If you upload a credit report, automated tools may analyze its contents to suggest potentially disputable items for your review. These suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect and do not replace your judgment or professional legal advice. You select which items, if any, you want to address.

Storage, security, and retention

Sensitive uploads are stored in restricted systems and are intended to be available only to authorized personnel and service providers with a business need. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the engagement, legal obligations, disputes, security, and legitimate business records, then delete or de-identify it when practical.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, withdraw future authorization, or ask a privacy question by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may retain information required by law, needed to complete an authorized request, or necessary for legitimate recordkeeping and security. You may also limit browser cookies through your browser settings.

Children and external services

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. The website may link to external services with their own privacy practices; we are not responsible for those services.

Policy changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Contact us using the phone, email, or mailing address shown on this page with questions or privacy requests.
